My computer has been running slowly lately, and I think clearing the cache might help. How do I clear the cache on my computer to improve its performance?
To clear cache on your computer:

System Cache: Go to Settings > System > Storage, click Temporary files, select the files to delete, and click Remove files.

DNS Cache: Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run
ipconfig /flushdns

Microsoft Store Cache: Press
Windows + R
, typewsreset.exe
, and press Enter. -
Disk Cleanup: Search for Disk Cleanup, select your drive, check desired file types, and click OK.
To clear cache on a computer, open your browser settings, find the Privacy or History section, and select Clear browsing data. Choose “Cached images and files” and click Clear to remove stored cache.
To clear cache on a computer, press Ctrl+Shift+Delete
(Windows) or Command+Shift+Delete
(Mac) in your browser, select “Cached images/files,” and click “Clear.” For system cache, use Disk Cleanup (Windows) or delete from ~/Library/Caches
(Mac).
